kYodai is a home of precision, artistry, and thoughtful design. Inspired by the neighboring Frank Lloyd Wright designed residence, we collaborated closely with the clients and architect to create a single-level, Y-shaped home that wraps gracefully around intimate garden spaces while connecting seamlessly to the surrounding landscape.

The dramatic knife-edge roofline with seven-foot cantilevered overhangs floats above anchored stone walls, giving the home a sculptural, origami-like presence. Expansive windows bring in light and frame serene views, while every detail—from the low-hipped roofs to the carefully executed joinery—was crafted to meet the clients’ vision of timeless, modern sophistication.

Completed in 2024, kYodai is more than a house—it is a residence where precision, creativity, and craftsmanship come together to create a home that feels alive, grounded, and built to endure.
