Set on 13 private acres along the water’s edge in Grant, Minnesota, this project offered us the opportunity to build a truly extraordinary home—one that balances architectural artistry with comfort and function. Expansive walls of glass were carefully constructed to capture sweeping 270-degree views of the lake and surrounding landscape, filling each room with natural light. We paired the clean geometry of straight mahogany lines with custom zinc wave accents, creating a dynamic interplay between structure and movement that flows throughout the home. Every element was executed with precision to merge sustainability and craftsmanship, from energy-efficient building systems to the finest material selections. The result is a residence that feels as much like a sculptural work of art as it does a warm, livable home, perfectly tailored to its secluded and breathtaking setting.
